One common misconception

• The manufacturer have too much power during the project execution which often results on the project manager not being able to properly control that portion of the project
• The manufacturer will be responsible for the HVAC equipment and the BAS which will difficult an appropriate commissioning of the system
• The manufacturer commitment to the Owner, the Architect and the project success is generally lower than any other possible subcontractor
